David trains groups and individuals around the world to them in both the physical and organizations skills needed to engage, persuade and win.

His high energy, interactive workshops draw widely from best practice techniques from both business and the performance arts, and his own professional and personal experience, to instill the skills, behaviours and confidence to succeed.

Presentation skills are best trained in small groups of similar seniority. It’s about practice and watching others. It is better to train four groups for half a day each, than a large group for two days. It is also more efficient!

Negotiation is also about instilling confidence: To quote JF Kennedy: ‘Never let us negotiate from fear. But let us never fear to negotiate’. Participants will learn that negotiating is both a part of our everyday life, and can be one of the most rewarding parts of our work. They will see how much money gets ‘left on the table’ through failure to adequately plan our own needs and considering the other parties needs and interests, and the fast improvement everyone can make.

Presentation and negotiation skills training can be taught separately or combined in one session, which is customised to the clients business and needs.
