Professional service and business to business companies need trusted advisor client relationships to broaden the business across geographies and divisions.

David has over 30 years experience as both a practitioner and trainer in global client relationship management.

He has created a successful ‘Collaborating for Growth’ program, using jazz as a metaphor and authored a White paper ‘breaking down the Silos’, (pdf attached) which applies ideas from art and science to increase collaboration across firms.
